OMEGA ULS: The DNA of Champions for Your Adventures
The OMEGA ULS (Ultra Light Structure) is the worthy heir to the competition wings that dominated the X-Alps. This high-performance 2-liner was developed for demanding cross-country and competition pilots, seeking the perfect compromise between extreme lightness, flight performance, and handling. With a weight reduction of 250 g compared to its predecessor, it establishes itself as the benchmark for hike & fly distance.
Thanks to an ultra-sophisticated internal structure ("Sliced Diagonals") and the extensive use of Nitinol rods, the wing maintains a perfect profile even at high speeds, while allowing for extremely compact packing. Its rear-riser steering is remarkably effective, allowing for precise pitch control without compromising performance during transitions.
Handling has been particularly refined: brake pressure is reduced, and turn initiation has become more direct and playful. It's a wing that communicates with finesse, allowing you to core even the trickiest thermals with surprising ease.
