The Kortel Karver II is a unique leg-strap harness, inheriting from the first Karver which revolutionized the concept of a shoulder-strap-free harness. This bold design allows for total upper body mobility and exceptional ease during running phases (takeoff or speed-riding).
Comfort is surprising for such a minimalist harness: the independent leg-strap geometry perfectly distributes the load, avoiding usual pressure points. The absence of shoulder straps does not diminish the feeling of security, as support is ensured by an ergonomic structure that hugs the pilot's pelvis.
Its strength lies in its unparalleled modularity. The Karver II can be equipped with different modules (sold separately) depending on your practice: a reversible airbag module that doubles as a bag for hike & fly, a tandem module for professional pilots, or a front-mounted reserve container. It adapts to all your desires, from local site flying to mountain flying and light freestyle.
The Karver II is delivered here "bare" with its automatic carabiners. For safe thermal or mountain flying, we strongly recommend adding the Sak II Module (reversible airbag). The leg strap buckles are automatic for quick and easy setup.
