Supair SHINE: Lightweight and Safety within Reach
The Supair Shine is a new-generation hemispherical (round) reserve parachute. It advantageously replaces older models thanks to an optimized design and the use of high-tenacity 20D fabric, offering a weight and packing volume reduction of nearly 15% to 20% compared to a standard reserve.
Its "Pull Down Apex" shape (with the apex pulled down) guarantees a fast opening speed, an essential characteristic for low-altitude safety. Descent stability is ensured by perfectly calibrated fabric porosity, offering a very reassuring sink rate well below EN certification limits.
Robust and easy to maintain, the Shine is the ideal parachute for recreational, site, or cross-country pilots looking for reliable, lightweight equipment that is easy to integrate into any harness.
The Shine comes with its packing POD. It is available in sizes S, M, and L to cover all PTVs. Thanks to its slim profile, it fits very easily into narrow harness compartments. For connection, we recommend using a 6mm or 7mm stainless steel quick link.
