Top of the A class, in a featherlight version
The AONIC Light is the lightweight version of the AONIC, Nova's high-performance EN A. Three lines, 49 cells, an aspect ratio of 5.17, and barely 3.4 kg in size XXS: a wing that offers the best of the A class in glide, speed, and handling, in a bag that makes you forget it's there on the way to launch.
650 to 850 grams lighter, zero compromise on safety
Compared to the standard version, the AONIC Light sheds 650 to 850 g depending on the size, thanks to Porcher Skytex 27 on the top and bottom surfaces and Dominico 30D on the leading edge. Less weight means softer carrying, easier inflation in nil wind, and healthier behavior in extreme phases. The passive safety of a true school-friendly A remains intact.
An A with ambition
Don't be fooled by the label: the AONIC has proven that a modern A-class wing can fly real cross-country. Efficient thermal climbing, clean heading hold, precise braking: it's the ideal wing for pilots fresh out of training with an appetite for more, for hike & fly enthusiasts, or for experienced pilots who want extra margin in the mountains.
