Detailed description
EN C performance, without the usual demands
The SECTOR is Nova's EN C cross-country wing. With its 67 cells and a deliberately moderate aspect ratio for its category, it targets pilots who want to cover long distances without spending their flight constantly monitoring their leading edge. An accessible C, in the pure Nova tradition.
A reasonable aspect ratio, serious glide performance
Nova chose a moderate aspect ratio for its class: the wing remains compact overhead, handles active air well, and gives the pilot more leeway. Performance comes from the profile and the clean line layout, not from an exaggerated wingspan. During accelerated transitions, it holds its course and leaves your mind free for flight strategy.
Designed for cross-country
Efficient thermal climbing, predictable character, predictable collapse behavior: the SECTOR is designed for distance flights, from the first 50 km to ambitious triangles. It's a wing that rewards clean piloting without punishing inattentive mistakes.

Cyrille's advice: the SECTOR is the C wing for B+ pilots who fly regularly and want to take the next step without getting scared. If you're just coming off an intermediate B or only fly twenty hours a year, stay on a B: a C offers no benefit if you under-fly it. Load it in the upper half of the weight range for cross-country.
