Advance Sigma DLS: Cross-Country Performance in Perfect Balance
The Sigma DLS (Durable Lightweight Structure) succeeds the legendary Sigma 11, bringing major structural optimization. Positioned as a Sport-Performance wing (EN-C), it is aimed at experienced cross-country pilots looking for a wing capable of completing large triangles while remaining manageable in strong conditions.
The use of DLS technology significantly lightens the wing without sacrificing its durability. Work on the profile and sail tension provides remarkable pitch stability, particularly noticeable during accelerated transitions. The Sigma DLS remains "glued to the rail," transforming every air bubble into altitude gain without parasitic movements.
Rear riser steering is extremely effective thanks to a modern control system, allowing the wing to be steered without touching the brakes during transition phases. True to Advance's reputation, the finish is impeccable, featuring high-end materials, Nitinol rods, and optimized line geometry for minimal drag.
