Detailed description
Nova's New Generation School Wing
The PRION 6 succeeds the PRION 5 as Nova's training and first flight paraglider. Three lines, 35 cells, aspect ratio 4.9: a modern EN A, docile on take-off and landing, which accompanies the student from their first ground handling sessions to their first independent thermal flights.
Maximum Passive Safety, Without Sacrificing Fun
The PRION 6 handles collapses remarkably well thanks to its half-cell connections that stabilize the leading edge, and its mini-ribs on the trailing edge improve glide while lightening brake pressure. The result: a very safe wing that maintains true flying pleasure — easy handling, good performance for its class, and enough resources for your first thermal site flights.
Details That Facilitate Learning
20 mm color-coded risers, sheathed lines easy to untangle, continuous loop leading edge rods for a durable structure: everything is designed to simplify life on the ground, where a student spends most of their time. Starting from 4.6 kg in XXS, it remains reasonably portable.

Cyrille's advice: the PRION 6 is the quintessential first wing — one you'll keep for two or three seasons, giving you time to build your foundations without rushing. Choose the size that places you in the middle of the weight range: neither underloaded (it will drag), nor overloaded (it will move faster). And if you're hesitating between two sizes, let's talk on the phone.
