Detailed description
The Angel SQ Tandem is the tandem version of Ozone's square rescue parachute: a single size, 220 kg maximum load, for the complete crew. In tandem, stability under rescue is even more critical than in solo, because two of you are landing. We haven't tested it for real, and that's perfectly fine. If your current tandem rescue is recent, well-sized, and freshly packed, save your money.

Ozone presents the Angel SQ Tandem as its tandem rescue parachute, for sharing your flights safely. It incorporates the qualities of the Angel SQ: rapid opening, high pendular stability, and a low descent rate, with a large surface area for a reduced weight.

Behavior and Safety
The Angel SQ Tandem is EN 12491 and LTF 91/09 certified. The published descent rate is shown in the table below. For tandem flying, a rescue parachute is mandatory: ensure your total weight for two, fully equipped, remains under 220 kg, and check compatibility with your pilot harness and spreaders. Regular packing by a professional, without exception (our workshop handles this).
Who is it for? And what size?
For the tandem pilot, professional or private, who wants a square instead of a round. Ozone publishes two sizes, 180 and 220. The 180 has the same characteristics as the Angel SQ V2 180, which we offer on its product page; here, the 220, meaning 220 kg maximum load, to be compared with your total weight for two (pilot, passenger, harnesses, wing, rescue, and bags). The choice then depends on the bridle: the short one if your setup already has its rescue risers, the long Y-bridle otherwise. Let's discuss it before ordering if you have any doubts.
