Ozone presents the Ozium 3 as the natural evolution of its Ozium range, incorporating advancements from the F*Race 2 to offer a lightweight and high-performance harness that is more accessible, durable, and easy to use daily. Designed for cross-country and adventure, it combines high aerodynamic efficiency and first-class protection. Its versatility makes it an ideal harness for demanding pilots, from their first cocoon to experienced distance flyers, guaranteeing comfort and robustness for all your paragliding explorations.

TECHNOLOGIES & INNOVATIONS

The Ozium 3 shines with its advanced engineering and materials. Weighing a mere 2.65 kg in size M (2.95 kg with all accessories), it offers a perfect balance of lightness, durability, and comfort. Its construction incorporates 70D ripstop fabric for the main structure and 20D for the tail, ensuring robustness and longevity. The 15 mm straps and metal buckles ensure precise and reliable adjustments.

It directly benefits from aerodynamic optimizations derived from the F*Race 2, featuring a profiled cocoon and a shortened tail for improved in-flight efficiency and increased comfort. The cocoon's magnetic closure system, inherited from Sub harnesses, ensures constant alignment and optimal aerodynamics, while simplifying donning and doffing, even in demanding takeoff conditions.

The adjustable ABS system and upper and lower lumbar adjustments allow for personalized stability and flight position. A removable seat board stiffens the seat for more direct piloting. The leg strap system, also derived from the F*Race 2, offers excellent comfort and great maneuverability, even in active air.

The harness is equipped with quick-release buckles and lightweight Edelrid Aura carabiners for simple and fast use. Soft links are optionally available to further reduce weight. The ventral reserve compartment is compatible with all types of modern reserves (round, square, or steerable), offering constant visibility of the handle.

With a generous storage volume of over 65 liters (40L rear, 6L side pockets, 10L ballast, 7L nose pocket, 2L radio/water pockets), the Ozium 3 is perfectly suited for long flights and bivouac expeditions, while maintaining a remarkably small packing volume thanks to its inflatable protection.

SAFETY & CERTIFICATION

Safety is a priority for the Ozium 3. It integrates an inflatable back protector identical to that of the F*Race 2, supplied with a micro-pump for rapid inflation. This protection extends from the thighs to above the lumbar region, effectively absorbing shocks while offering minimal packing volume once deflated. Internal pressure can even be adjusted in flight via a valve on the shoulder.

An "anti-forget" system enhances safety during pre-flight checks, and the ventral reserve compartment is designed for maximum accessibility, allowing the pilot to maintain constant visual contact with the handle and grab it with either hand.

Although harnesses do not have EN certification like wings, the Ozium 3 is designed with the highest active and passive safety standards, ensuring maximum peace of mind in flight for pilots of all levels.
