Companion SQR Light 2: The Perfect Fusion of Round and Square
The Companion SQR Light 2 represents the new generation of reserve parachutes. Thanks to the innovative SQR (Square Round) technology, it combines the exceptional pendulum stability and low sink rate of square reserves with the ease of packing and reliability of round models.
This second generation goes even further in material optimization. The new high-tenacity fabric offers maximum water resistance and increased durability, while allowing the SQR Light 2 to boast a featherlight weight (starting from 762g). Its opening behavior is extremely fast, a crucial factor for safety in case of low-altitude incidents.
Developed with the expertise of Advance and Evotec, this reserve is designed to have no horizontal drift, allowing you to descend vertically with total precision, without a mirror effect with your main wing.
The SQR Light 2 comes with its specific POD. It is available in 5 sizes (80, 100, 120, 150, and 200 for tandem). For optimal safety, we recommend not exceeding the PTV Max. This model is also certified for forced water landings thanks to its new hydrophobic materials.
