Level Wings Fuze: The Next-Generation Parakite
The Level Wings Fuze introduces a novel approach to free flight: the Parakite. Designed to offer a significantly steeper and faster profile than existing parakites, it is aimed at pilots seeking an ultra-reactive wing for coastal soaring, mountain proximity flying, or freestyle.
The strength of the Fuze lies in its **ABC Kite** riser system with wide-range trims. They allow for surgical precision in modifying the angle of attack in flight, offering either a flat glide for soaring or a pronounced dive for dynamic lines. The major innovation, the **Integrated Dive Blocker**, is a magnetic locking system that secures the handles to prevent unintentional dives, ensuring maximum peace of mind during transitions.
Despite its playful temperament and impressive top speed, the Fuze remains predictable. Control feedback is direct (the famous "Level Touch"), and the stall point is very progressive, which provides reassurance during maneuvers close to the ground. Its robust construction with Porcher Skytex 32/40 ensures excellent profile stability, even under the high wing loadings typical of this type of wing.
The Fuze is a very fast and dynamic hybrid wing. It requires solid active piloting experience and specific parakite/speedflying training. The smaller sizes (12.5 and 15) are particularly demanding and intended for expert pilots.
