Detailed description
The Flow V2 is the wing Ozone presents as its « do-it-all »: freeride, wave, and a bit of freestyle, with handling simple enough for your first sessions and enough responsiveness to continue progressing afterwards. We haven't tried it ourselves yet, so we're relying on what the manufacturer publishes. What we like on paper: the supplied rigid carbon boom, which changes the feel compared to handles, and a range of six sizes from 2.4 to 5.7 m² with an even wider announced wind range from Ozone. If your current wing suits you, keep your money.

Ozone describes the Flow V2 as a freeride and wave wing for all skill levels. Its design team primarily targets intermediate to advanced riders, while emphasizing that it remains accessible from the very first days on the board.
Technologies and Innovations
- Rigid carbon boom: supplied with the wing, connected to the strut by a sewn plate with no play (« Zero-Movement Connection »), featuring textured EVA grip and board protection bumper.
- Teijin TechnoForce hybrid canopy: 5×5 fabric on the main part of the canopy, 3×3 on the leading edge panels, to maintain shape over time.
- Size-specific wingtips: thin up to 3.6, thicker from 4.3 onwards.
- Anti-flap battens: 4 to 6 depending on size, to prevent trailing edge flutter.
- Teijin Triple Ripstop Dacron frame for the leading edge and strut, refined strut profile, Fast Flow valves.
- Repositioned windows for improved visibility.
Handling and Safety
Ozone announces a new profile that improves low-end performance and high-end comfort, with more lift when the wing passes overhead (« Positive Lift »), to prevent it from stalling forward during tacks and jibes. Like any wing, it is not subject to certification. The swivel leash with waist belt is supplied: use it every session, a wing that gets away on its own in the water cannot be retrieved by swimming.
Who is it for, and which size?
For the rider who wants a single versatile wing, from progression to wave riding. The choice of size depends on your weight, your board, and the wind at your spot: Ozone publishes an indicative wind range per size, in graph form, established for an 80 kg rider: we can detail it for you over the phone. The supplied boom follows the size: Small for 2.4 and 3.0, Medium for 3.6 and 4.3, Large for 5.0 and 5.7. Each size is available in three colors. Ozone publishes the colors Carbon/Emerald, Carbon/Orange, and Bright Green/White, but not their correspondence with the manufacturer codes displayed in the selector: tell us the desired color, and we will confirm it with Ozone before shipping. Delivered with: carbon boom, swivel leash with waist belt, technical bag with pump holder, repair kit (canopy fabric, frame fabric, adhesives, Tear-Aid patch). The pump is not included in the announced Ozone package. Optional: wrist strap, quick release.
