Detailed description

"Rid'Air Team's Opinion: The Dragonfly is the ultimate speed wing for those who don't want to choose between soaring and pure descent. It replaces the Firefly with a much more modern profile that takes off effortlessly. It's an ultra-stable wing that immediately inspires confidence, perfect for starting speed flying or for heavier pilots looking for a solid wing to feel secure under."

Ozone Dragonfly: Maximum Stability and Speed Versatility

The Dragonfly is a hybrid speed flying wing designed to offer maximum stability and enjoyment, whatever your level. Successor to the renowned Firefly series, it features a completely new profile that improves glide and top speed. It is equally at home carving along a slope or holding dynamic soaring on a coastal ridge.

The take-off behavior has been particularly refined: the wing rises smoothly and immediately, even in nil wind, while remaining very forgiving when conditions are strong. In flight, the Dragonfly stands out for its high passive safety and great resistance to collapses. Its handling is direct and intuitive, with an excellent "flare" capability for smooth landings.

Thanks to an extended trim range, the Dragonfly allows for exploring a wide flight envelope. Whether you are in the learning phase or an experienced pilot looking for a robust mountain wing, the Dragonfly is a reliable partner that forgives errors while remaining playful in roll.

Rid'Air Warning:

The Dragonfly is a speed flying wing. Although very stable, it is not EN certified for free flight (only load tested EN 926-1). It requires specific training and is not suitable for traditional paragliding instruction or tandem flights.
